Congratulations! Reminds me slightly of when my father-in-law announced at the dinner table with very young kids at the table (I might add), that he just had his prostate checked and it was pink and pliable. How do we know so much of something we cannot see and occasionally, with difficulty feel. Great news, nonetheless (I hope I didn’t go too far over the line–your announcement was darling and my story is true and cracks me up when I get to tell it–I hope, no offense)!

Hi I LOVE your blog and have embroidered several of your patterns. I love your style of art.

But your thyroid post stuck out to me. I’m only 25 and never had the eyebrow problems, but it took me going to 2 different doctors and several years to actually find out that I had a thyroid problem. One doctor had me take a basic blood test, they have a sliding scale of what is considered normal thyroid levels, mine fell in that normal section. I still knew something wasn’t right so, I went to a specialist, he did an in depth blood test, and sure enough my thyroid was extremely low. So what I’m trying to say in this overly lengthy post is, if you have any other symptoms I would research about seeing a specialist. Honestly, it completely changed my life to find that out, we were able to access the situation get me on the right supplements and in the process I lost 30lbs, my hair grew 4 or so inches, and my skin even changed. Just wanted to share. Sorry for the length.
