Cute baby alert!!! Is it just me or does that infant look even cuter wearing a offical Badbird Skull? hummmm.
This onesie was embroidered by Lulu Bean, check her out:
Usually, people who know me can tell when I have been painting. I wear sloppy old clothes, which are paint stained. 9 times out of 10 my hair will be unwashed and on a really bad day I will not shower. When I paint all my thought and being goes into the piece I’m working on. I’m not the best house keeper, but my home becomes a disaster when the oil paints come out.
At risk to my personal hygiene and my home being condemned I have finished 2 new oil paintings. Both are 36″ x 36″, oil on canvas. The bird piece is called Bunting and the deer piece is called Sacred Deer.
How can someone be so good? I love everything, I mean everything Elsa Mora does. I had seen her paper bee a while ago, on Etsy, and was very impressed! Then just recently I decided to go through all her Flickr images, Etsy store and Blog. What I found was fabulousness as far as the eye could see. Here are some samples of Elsa’s work. I wanted to put tons of her images in this post, but then I though that it would just be better to let you see all her art for yourselves. Check out the links below to Elsa’s various sites. You’ll love what you see!
So I was innocently going about the net today and I took a look at Ashleyg’ s blog. I was admiring her new piece called, Hello July. And I thought, cool a new piece, wow, is it really July already, then, holy crap I forgot about the monthly free pattern! I quickly went through my scanned sketches and found Little Jacob the Octopus. Thank God for Jacob. Well I hope you like him. I think he is a cutie pie.
