So I was innocently going about the net today and I took a look at Ashleyg’ s blog. I was admiring her new piece called, Hello July. And I thought, cool a new piece, wow, is it really July already, then, holy crap I forgot about the monthly free pattern! I quickly went through my scanned sketches and found Little Jacob the Octopus. Thank God for Jacob. Well I hope you like him. I think he is a cutie pie.

Hi Andrea ~
A friend of mine sent me a link to vacation rentals in Marfa, Texas where I happened across your work (Identity). These pieces really touched me and I’m so glad to discover that you have a blog. I’ll be poking around and returning and adding you to my list of “Fascinating Artists”.
Again, great work and a delight to have found you.

Thank you so much for these adorable free patterns–so generous of you! I loved the colors you used for the bird so I repeated them.

Is it supposed to be ironic or artistic that he only has 7 tentacles? No offense, just curious.
