I am going to try to put that together as a Flash animation in the next few days and post it here somehow. I am pretty sure that I must have seen a similar example of a “time-elapsed” animation showing a taskboard as the sprint progresses - but I haven’t been able to locate it. If anyone finds that please let me know.

In the meantime, I’ll see if I can get this together.

In the Scrum Intro, you displayed a nifty animation showing how the Scrum task board works — with blue story cards and yellow task cards moving from left to right as the iteration progresses. How can I get hold of that animation?
